Happy National Volunteers Week To All IEEE Entrepreneurship Volunteers
National Volunteer Week is an opportunity to recognize and thank volunteers who lend their time, talent, voice and support to causes they care about in their community and around the world. Their stories serve to inspire others to take action and discover their collective power to unite in making a difference.
This year, April 15th-21st is National Volunteer Week. On behalf of the IEEE Entrepreneurship Initiative, we would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our speakers, our steering committee, those involved in IEEE N3XT® Events, and anyone else who has generously dedicated their time and energy to the implementation and growth of our programs. Without your endless support, we could not have expanded our initiative from the idea we were in 2014 to the thriving organization we are today in 2018.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of the IEEE’s many societies and initiatives. This is especially true of the IEEE Entrepreneurship Initiative. Those who donate their valuable time and effort to our initiative, by whatever means they are able, are the people who make our work in the engineering-driven startup space possible. They are the driving force behind the innovation that we aim to foster every day through our initiative’s many projects and programs, from our events to our supply of resources for young engineers working in the startup space.
Thank you for continuing to support the IEEE Entrepreneurship Initiative! If you are interested in volunteer opportunities with our group, please go to this link to learn more about what you can do to help.
