Tribute to Colin J.H. Brenan – THANK YOU, Colin!

I knew Colin through IEEE Entrepreneurship. I still see his face with that eternal smile and hear his calming strong voice. He epitomized optimism not just with everyday life, but also with his fight against cancer. We were so lucky to have him be an integral part of our journey in connecting tech entrepreneurs to an engineering driven global innovation network.

As a serial entrepreneur, he was a great mentor, who provided the community with his technical and business sound wisdom. He knew so much in the entrepreneurial domain and how to navigate the IEEE ecosystem to bring that knowledge to help others to transform research innovation into viable successful companies.

Colin being Colin – passionate, eternal optimist, constant willingness to help, great listener, successful entrepreneur, and overall, a super nice human being.

Thank you, Colin, for being you. You will be sorely missed and remembered dearly by many.
