In IEEE Entrepreneurship’s second Venture Summit taking place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, Rafael Sotelo, Michael Baczyk, Joanne Wong, and the quantum liaison team have convened at the Quantum Venture Summit, which was strategically planned to occur during IEEE Quantum Week 2025 to conveniently bring together innovative quantum startups and strategic investors to converge to discuss authentic challenges, explore meaningful partnership opportunities, and forge connections that can lead to successful investment rounds.

IEEE Entrepreneurship’s Venture Summits Program consists of in-person events that connect investor-ready startups with relevant investors and service providers to help access the capital and resources they need to move their startups forward. To increase the chances of meaningful connections, an application can be required to participate.

Objectives of the venture summits are to provide opportunities for technology-related interdisciplinary collaboration, research, and knowledge sharing across industry, academia, and government, and to inspire intellectual curiosity and support discovery and invention to engage the next generation of technology innovators. The focus of the Quantum Venture Summit is on the latter.

Are you developing quantum technology and seeking investment? Are you an investor looking to identify promising opportunities in the rapidly evolving quantum sector?

The Quantum Venture Summit focuses on connecting serious quantum startups with investors ready to deploy capital in ventures addressing real market challenges.

We are looking for quantum startups actively fundraising and investors with thesis in quantum technologies. The summit will feature curated investor-startup matching with each qualified startup guaranteed investor meetings.

The summit will begin with a Market Intelligence Briefing on investment trends, followed by startup pitches and dedicated investor-startup matching sessions. Before the event, participants will receive preparation materials and pitch guidance.

Once onsite, startups will learn about quantum investment landscapes, valuation frameworks for deep tech, and effective pitch strategies. Investors will gain insights into technical validation approaches and commercial readiness assessment. Guest speakers will include successful quantum entrepreneurs and experienced quantum tech investors.
