Are you a tech start-up based in India or Sri Lanka interested in taking your idea or invention to market and creating a business? This advanced workshop is geared towards taking your entrepreneurial skills to the next level.
If interested, apply to one of these IEEE Entrepreneurship workshops co-sponsored with IEEE Region 10, IEEE India, IEEE Hyderabad Section, IEEE Kerala Section, and IEEE Kochi Subsection. This workshop is for STEM-driven entrepreneurs whose ideas support the UN-Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs).
IEEE Entrepreneurship 102 Hyderabad Workshop
13-14 November 2026
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
The workshop will be held at a venue in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, starting on 13 November and ending on 14 November. The in-person event will be preceded by two virtual orientation meet-ups in the weeks prior to the workshop.
Once in Hyderabad, this program equips participants with the knowledge, frameworks, and practical skills needed to make informed decisions about ownership, funding, partnerships, and organizational growth. Guest speakers will include experts on local investment opportunities, local entrepreneurial success stories, and more. Participants will also receive mentoring from a team of experienced inventors and entrepreneurs, and get an opportunity to pitch their ideas to a panel for feedback.
You will only get a certificate if you attend all the virtual and in-person sessions – we take attendance.

Location: Kerala, Kochi, India
The workshop will be held at a venue in Kerala, Kochi, India, starting on 16 November and ending on 17 November. The in-person event will be preceded by two virtual orientation meet-ups in the weeks prior to the workshop.
Once in Kerala, this program equips participants with the knowledge, frameworks, and practical skills needed to make informed decisions about ownership, funding, partnerships, and organizational growth. Guest speakers will include experts on local investment opportunities, local entrepreneurial success stories, and more. Participants will also receive mentoring from a team of experienced inventors and entrepreneurs, and get an opportunity to pitch their ideas to a panel for feedback.

Applications are due by 16 October, and accepted participants will be notified by 23 October.
If you are accepted to attend, we expect full commitment to the entire workshop, including the two pre-workshop sessions. Attendance in all sessions is mandatory, and active participation & teamwork are expected in the workshop.
Participants are responsible for all travel, accommodation, and visa-related expenses, if needed. Lunch and two coffee breaks are included. If accepted, participants agree to pay the registration fee.
