To be eligible for the Powered by IEEE Program, your company will need to meet the following criteria:

  • IEEE Membership
  • Maximum of 50 Employees
  • C-Suite Representation.

*Individual IEEE benefit providers and third-party benefits providers may have their own additional eligibility criteria.

  • Maximum Company Age: Five years.
  • Maximum Number of Employees: Twenty-five employees.
  • Soley available to new IEEE Xplore® Customers.

Series A Accelerator

  • Generating US$80K+ in MRR (i.e., minimum of US$80K in monthly revenue inflows)
    Raised US$3M from Institutional Investors (i.e., VCs, PE, Family Offices, and/or Angel Groups, etc.)

Seed Accelerator

  • Generated US$250K+ in RTD (i.e., minimum of US$250K+ in revenue inflows generated since launch)
  • Raised US$250K from Institutional Investors (i.e., VCs, PE, Family Offices, Angel Groups, and/or Friends & Family, EXCLUDING SELF-FUNDED/BOOTSTRAPPED)

Pre-Seed Accelerator

  • International Companies
    • Generated US$50K+ in RTD (i.e., minimum of US$50K+ in revenue inflows generated since launch)
    • Raised US$50K from Institutional Investors (i.e., VCs, PE, Family Offices, Angel Groups, and/or Friends & Family, EXCLUDING SELF-FUNDED/BOOTSTRAPPED)
    • Self-Funded/Bootstrapped US$50K (i.e., founder personally invested US$50K+ since launch)
  • USA + Canada + UK + Australia Companies
    • Generated US$25K+ in RTD (i.e., minimum of US$25K+ in revenue inflows generated since launch)
    • Raised US$25K from Institutional Investors (i.e., VCs, PE, Family Offices, Angel Groups, and/or Friends & Family, EXCLUDING SELF-FUNDED/BOOTSTRAPPED)
    • Self-Funded/Bootstrapped US$50K (i.e., founder personally invested US$50K+ since launch)

During the onboarding process, NeonVest maintains the following core criteria and supplemental considerations when evaluating any given startup for its fit in being a subscriber on the NeonVest platform:

Core Approval Requirements

  • Startup (i.e. Venture Fundable Business)
  • Existing Legal Entity
  • Founders that are interested in being coached/mentored, and expanding their network to VCs and successful operators
  • Founders that will come to each meeting prepared with a set of questions and objectives for the call/meeting
  • Growth Mindset

Supplemental Considerations

  • Stage: Any stage is valid (Idea-stage to product-market fit to commercialized product)
  • Sector: Any sector is valid
  • Geography: Any geography is valid

Definitions

  • “Pre-Seed startup” – Raised
  • “Seed startup” – Raised between US$500,000 to US$2,000,000 in funding from investors for this particular startup
  • “Series A and above” – Raised more than US$2,000,000 in funding from investors for this particular startup
