2020 | IEEE YOUTH ENDEAVORS FOR SOCIAL INNOVATION USING SUSTAINABLE TECHNOLOGY (YESIST12)

2020 TBD
(originally scheduled from 2020 March 17)
Location: TBD

YESIST12 AGE OF INNOVATION is organized by the Madras IEEE Education Society Chapter and is partnered by the IEEE Humanitarian Activities Committee and the IEEE Computer Society.

IEEE Entrepreneurship is honored to support innovative events that promote strong themes that are connected to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) including G-STIC for the fourth year!

This exceptional platform conducts competition in two stages. The first stage is conducted in the pilots selected across countries in the world.

The team that tops the round wins a chance to compete globally to address social issues like poverty, famine, disaster management/first aid, special needs, women safety, healthcare, or literacy with the assistance of inventive technologies.

All engineering graduates and professionals have visionary attributes, which helps contribute to transforming their ideas into reality. Unfortunately, the monotonicity of daily life can take its toll and result in losing track of the aspirations and goals which make visionaries who they are.

YESIST12 acts as a platform to bridge the gap between engineers and their goals/aspirations through stimulating inherent potential while also contributing to society with innovation solutions.

Venue for 2020: TBD
