Biography
Salma Baghdadi is the Startup Ecosystem Director at Smart Capital, the institution leading the implementation of the Startup Act and Startup Tunisia national initiative. Salma has the responsibility to drive the Startup Ecosystem support strategy and manages the end-to-end process of Startup Act labeling.
Salma is helping lead the multi-stakeholders Taskforce in charge of setting up a post-COVID-19 recovery plan for Startups.
Salma is a Startup enthusiast and a former entrepreneur in Tunisia & France with 2 Tech startups. She developed a deep understanding of entrepreneurial ecosystem drivers and challenges throughout her various experiences in 3 different continents. Salma is graduated from ESCP Europe (Paris-France).
