Gena Lindsay-Bourne

Gena Lindsay-Bourne is an experienced founder and operator with a strong background in analytics and business.

She contributes talents in quantitative analysis, backed by earlier analytical work for Lyft and her start-up.

Gena’s current role is Principal at Neuvation Ventures.

She is also Head of Research European Women in Venture Capital and a mentor in the htm.elle, and She Loves Tech programs.

As a former accelerator director of strategy, she coached and advised founders on fundraising, growth strategy, financial modeling, and securing non-diluted and VC capital.

Her previous employment includes Journey Venture Partners, where she built infrastructure for CVC funds, and she has an MBA and a MA in Economics.

Gena Lindsay-Bourne is the 2022-2023 Women Entrepreneurs Core Team Co-Lead on the 2023 IEEE Entrepreneurship Steering Committee.
