WHO CAN APPLY FOR A STARTUP PASS?

The Startup Pass is for young, often tech-driven, companies aiming for rapid growth with a scalable business model. Slush accepts startup applications by hand and looks through them case-by-case.

The pass requires an application. Once your application has been accepted, you can buy this ticket type. Please remember that each team member needs their own ticket to attend.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR A SCALEUP PASS?

The Scaleup Pass is for high-growth companies that have already found product-market fit and are now rapidly scaling their operations. Slush accepts scaleup applications by hand and looks through them case-by-case; a typical scaleup attending Slush Helsinki 2019 has revenue of +10M $, has already raised +20M $ in total funding and has YoY growth rate of +100%.

The pass requires an application. Once your application has been accepted, you can buy this ticket type. Please remember that each team member needs their own ticket to attend.

HOW CAN I APPLY FOR THE SLUSH 100 PITCHING COMPETITION?

You can apply to Slush 100 Pitching Competition at the same time when filling in your Startup application. The deadline for the applications is October the 18th.

Slush 100 Pitching Competition is organized to help the ones that are in the very center of Slush – the early-stage startups. The pre-qualification rounds take place on Nov 20, 2019, and the startups with the best pitch and potential continue the competition at Slush’s main event, on the grandest stages in front of thousands of visitors. WHAT IS A DEMO BOOTH AND HOW CAN I APPLY FOR ONE?

Hundreds of startups have the opportunity to showcase their product at Demo Booths at the designated Startup District, in the heart of the venue.

You can apply for a Demo Booth at the same time when filling in your startup application. The price for Demo Booth is €895 and Demo Booths are for one event dayThe price of a Demo Booth does not include ticket(s) for participants from your company.

WHAT IS FOUNDERS DAY?

Founders Day is an exclusive event designed and organized to cater to only startups and founders attending Slush. It gives you the opportunity to meet other entrepreneurs prior to the event, before diving into the two hectic days of Slush.

In addition to mingling with other founders, the program consists of roundtable discussions, workshops and speed mentoring from an impressive array of startup veterans and top-level founders.

Founders Day will take place on Nov 20, 2019 – a day before Slush. Registration to the roundtables and workshops will open closer to the event for all the startups and scaleup founders registered for Slush Helsinki 2019.

WHAT IS SHOWCASE STUDIO?

The Showcase Studio is an intimate space for selected startups and scaleups to let their product shine live on stage. At the Studio, pitching is cut off and focus is solely on product demonstrations, emphasizing the journey behind the development. Thanks to industry-based batches the audience is filled with relevant investors, partners and customers.

You can apply for the Showcase Studio at the same time when filling in your startup or scaleup application.

Slush is a student-driven, not-for-profit movement with the mission to create and help the next generation of groundbreaking entrepreneurs, originally founded to change attitudes toward entrepreneurship.

Slush has grown from a single event in Helsinki to a one-of-a-kind community and series of events organized all around the world.
