Leo Hwa Chiang

Leo graduated from University of New South Wales in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a First Class Honours. His work experience spans across listed IT company, government-funded research institute, start-ups, government agency and non-profit. He is the Director of Singapore Operations of the IEEE.
