He then worked in a variety of startups including medical software, advanced imaging, premium ultrasound system transducers, and wireless power. Currently, he is Founder and CTO of Acoustiic Inc, a company dedicated to non-invasive surgery for cancer via ultrasound.

Reynolds has also been active with the IEEE Ultrasonic, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control Society, serving in various roles including IUS Technical Program Committee Vice-Chair for Transducers, Associate Editor in Chief for the IEEE Transactions on UFFC, as a founding member for the IEEE-USA EPIC Entrepreneurship Committee (EPIC), General Chair for the International Ultrasonics Symposium in Las Vegas 2020, and is currently President of the UFFC-S for 2020-21.
