Bradley Winter

Bradley is the Founder/CEO of CoolSilicon­® LLC, a Minnesota company formed to provide the microelectronics industry with innovative materials- and microfluidics-based in-silicon cooling solutions for single-die and stacked-die semiconductor devices.

He brings twenty-five plus years of experience in the semiconductor industry, which encompasses the development of ASIC and FPGA intellectual property in markets as diverse as consumer electronics, medical, and aerospace systems.

In addition to continuing his research and development efforts, Bradley offers various ASIC and FPGA design and consulting services through his company. Currently, he is working as an expert in the application of FPGAs for use in co-emulation and hardware acceleration.

Bradley’s previous roles include the 2022 Team Lead of the Technology and Manufacturing Resources Core Team on the 2022 IEEE Entrepreneurship Steering Committee.
