IEEE Co-Organized Events at GITEX GLOBAL 2024
GITEX GLOBAL will return to Dubai in 2024 for its 44th edition, gathering the elite, advanced companies, and great minds from all around the world to elevate business, economy, society, and culture through the power of innovation from 14 – 18 October 2024 at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC).
IEEE is pleased to announce the collaboration with GITEX GLOBAL for the second year; IEEE Entrepreneurship, IEEE Region 8 (IEEE R8), and the IEEE Region 8 Entrepreneurship Committee will once again host sessions and lead events to conceptualize, run, and manage the content and themes delivered to you.

- 5 to 10-minute paper presentations followed by a 10-minute Q&A covering recent publications on AI advancement from prestigious research institutes
- A call for papers will launch soon, and the top paper will be awarded a monetary prize on the day of the event.
- Potential live debate with active/real-time audience commentary and engagement
- Round table discussion leading to whitepaper publication
Deep Tech Seminar

- Series of interactive panel discussions and talks covering top industry and technology trends in Deep tech, with global speakers, and topics such as security in deep tech, robotics, semiconductor trends, and energy transition
- 1-hour deep tech startup pitch showcase for top startups to watch out for in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region
Health Tech Seminar

Event Description:
- Series of interactive panel discussions and talks covering top industry and technology trends in Health tech, with global speakers, and topics including surgical robotics, trends in bio-sciences, and more
- 1-hour health tech startup pitch showcase for top startups to watch out for in the MENA region
- Content is organized in collaboration with the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS), bringing leading IEEE expertise to the GITEX stage.
