Welcome Message from the Asia-Pacific Region Team

IEEE Entrepreneurship is proud to welcome our Asia-Pacific Region Leadership Team comprised of seasoned entrepreneurs and investors. Each of them brings their unique experience and infinite entrepreneurial knowledge to help IEEE Entrepreneurship build and grow in the Asia-Pacific Region.

Andy Chen for the Asia-Pacific Region Team. He is a founding managing partner of Californian based VC firm – REDDS Capital and President of a global consulting firm specialized in power generations.
Chintan Oza for the India Region – Chintan is an intrapreneur, entrepreneur, investor in ICT, Telecommunications, Electric Vehicles. He brings a wealth of wisdom and experience in creating, building, investing, and supporting entrepreneurs.
Ishkandar Baharin for the Southeast Asia Region – Ishkandar expanded his robotics academic research to the corporate world and now to the startup community where he is the founder of several robotics startups.
Shaoshan Liu for the China Region – Shaoshan is a founder of an intelligent robotics global startup and has 150+ patents and published 4 textbooks and 100+ research papers.

They will help us continue the build and success of the past years by supporting our IEEE membered entrepreneurs with our unique programming of technology transfer, deep tech, women entrepreneurs support network, mentoring entrepreneurs, manufacturing resources, and entrepreneurship workshops and conferences.

Each of our senior leaders will be adjusting our global programs to meet local needs. In 2023, we continue to look at how best to expand our programs to best support IEEE membered entrepreneurs; please connect with us and join the IEEE Entrepreneurship Community.
